The poor shuttle service and room changes negatively impacted my stay. However, the upgraded room at the end provided a much-needed comfort that made the experience somewhat redeeming.

I spent one night at the Hilton in Opfikon-Glattbrugg and found both positives and negatives. The location is superb, so close to Zurich’s airport and I appreciated the free shuttle service that made the commute effortless. The bed in my Executive Queen Room felt really comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The executive lounge had a nice variety of drinks, and the happy hour was a great bonus. Staff at breakfast were friendly and the choices were decent. However, not everything was smooth. I experienced issues during check-in when the front desk staff seemed a bit unhelpful. Also, the room could use an update as it felt a little worn out. Cleaning wasn't up to expectations either. I found dust in the corners and the bathroom could have used more thorough attention. Lastly, communication about lounge access was confusing. I had to ask multiple times. Despite these hiccups, the overall stay was satisfactory on the whole, thanks to the accessibility and comfort.

Great modern hotel with clean rooms and amazing views from the dining area. No luggage assistance upon arrival made things a bit tricky. Don't miss the temporary art galleries in the hotel.

I was so impressed by the top-notch service here! The complimentary train tickets to downtown allowed me to explore without a hitch, and I adored the hot drinks and pastries available before breakfast. The Deluxe Twin Room had comfy beds that really made it easy to rest before our flight. Loved the coffee maker in the room—big plus since hot water isn’t a given in Swiss hotels. The layout felt modern and clean, but I didn't notice a fridge. Overall, a solid stay for an airport hotel.
